JAMTESTERS HT-4

HT-4 HEADSET TESTER

Engineered for versatility, the HT-4 is an advanced microprocessor-based test set built to thoroughly test and troubleshoot aviation helmet and headset communication systems in high- and low-impedance configurations.

  • Key Capabilities & Advantages

  • Fully Autonomous & Hands-Free

  • Fault Isolation: isolates signal distortion to either the microphone (mike) path or the headphone (speaker) path

  • SPL & Sensitivity Measurement:  Built-in VU-meter measures audio signal strength from mikes or the internal 1 Khz tone generator. In Sound Pressure Level (SPL) mode, it benchmarks microphone sensitivity against other units.

  • Active Noise Reduction (ANR) Support: The HT-4 supplies operating voltage to aircraft-powered ANR headsets, monitors their current draw, automatically limits current to a safe level, and triggers an audible alarm upon detecting an overload.

Supported Equipment & Standards:

FIXED WING HEADSETS

HELICOPTER HEADSETS

GROUND MECHANIC HEADSETS
